Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that it happens, we will provide a full refund to the customer within 7 to 10 working days.

Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this website are quoted in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect to that during the checkout and payment process.

Our products are liable for GST in India.

Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 4-5 business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.

Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages (in count) or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the website. Also, the said shortage of goods or the damage needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it to us within 24 hours, else, we will not be able to process your request.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of Checkout, and customers will know about this before making the final payment.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. However, within this policy:

Cancellation requests will not be processed if the order has been placed and the customer has initiated the shipping process.

No cancellation of orders will be undertaken if the customer has opted for “Same Day Delivery” service.

No cancellations for products that purchased on special occasions (discounts, coupons, coupon codes, season’s sale, etc.).

Replacement & Return Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

The customer can replace the received product unit within 7 days from the date of delivery, and get a replacement unit delivered to them. The date of purchase will be included for calculating the above period.

Replacement can be made within 24 hours of receipt of the product in the case the customer establishes that the product delivered is in a defective condition or has a physical damage.

Replacement can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days of the date of delivery.

In case of damaged or defective items received, kindly report the same to our website support team at support@oxymo.in or call us at 8355880776. The request will, however, be considered only upon thorough checking by the team at Oxymo and has determined the same. The customer will be apprised of the analysis within 72 hours. In the case the product received is not as shown on the website or its specifications, you must bring it to our notice call us at 8355880776 within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team, after looking into your query/complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

No return accepted and only replacement will be done within 7 days.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product.

Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.

An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Delayed Delivery

If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe (10 days from date of placing the order), you have the option to cancel it. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund within the next 14 days. Please note that Portronics is not liable for delays in the refund processing due to bank procedures, national holidays or other unforeseen circumstances / events. If the order is canceled before shipment, the refund for the same will be processed within the next 7 to 10 business days.

Warranty

When making a Limited Warranty claim, you must present:

a. The Product(s)

b. The original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, and GST number, and valid serial number in case of serialized products.

The company reserves the right to refuse to replace any product(s) in the absence of any of the above listed details.

All DOA material will be handled / accepted only at the point from which it was first sold (i.e., Dealer / Distributor, Retailer, etc.). In case of replacement of online purchases from our website, the product along with the box and accessories intact will be picked by our tied courier partners.

All claims under DOA would be subject to the product being returned along with all accessories and the Original packaging. Oxymo will not entertain any claims for DOA in the absence of any of the above.

In case of any disputes, the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Every effort is being made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Oxymo takes no responsibility or liability for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or reasons beyond our control.

All the above terms and conditions are subject to change without any prior intimation.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not extend to:

Any product(s) damaged or rendered unusable as a result of use of the product(s) for purposes other than its normal intended use or handling of the product(s) in a manner not in conformity with standard handling norms of similar products or use of product in inappropriate operating environment and / or abnormal use.

Causes external to the Product(s), such as electric power fluctuations or failure.

Normal wear and tear (including damage to the coating on the surface of the product(s)).
